Q. Who designs the art?

A. All the artwork you see for sale has been designed/drawn by me, Nicki Newell. I do not use generative AI in any part of my process. Most things are either hand-painted or drawn in Procreate and turned into stickers, prints, etc.

Q. How long does fulfillment take?

A. It depends a little bit on when the order is placed, but I aim to get orders sent out in 3-5 days. Orders made outside the UK will be printed and fulfilled by Printful and take 1-2 weeks to ship.

Q. Where do the products ship from?

A. If you're in the UK then I personally send out the products from my home studio in Edinburgh, Scotland. If you are located outside the UK then your order will be printed and fulfilled through Printful, coming from the facility nearest to you. This not only cuts down on the carbon footprint of the order but also cuts down on shipping costs and tariffs.

Q. A product I want is sold out. When will you restock?

A. It depends on the product, but you can stay up-to-date with any shop updates by joining my newsletter.
